    We enjoyed this place. The rooms themselves were double superior and exceptionally clean with 2 beds. The check-in was speedy and the atmosphere was family overall.

    Possibly the best and very very good stay for four nights. Nice bed, double superior and functional room with a mini-bar, an iron, and an electronic key card. Sensational breakfast with a huge variety of options to choose from.

    Good service, I truly enjoyed awesome food.

    The room was impeccably clean with tv sat on top of and the location was stunning. Having a shower, hairdryers and bath robes was a bonus.

    Beautifully kept and fantastic hotel overlooking garden, we had a very good experience here. There were climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television in the rooms, which made them double superior and neat. The free parking was onsite, efficient service. Location: the property was just next door to a farm, the improvised market on top of the cave, and the shops onsite.

    A surprise at El Pilón

    Our evenings at El Pilón were good, with the sancocho being a culinary highlight. The sport bar staff treated us well.

    We faced some frustrating maintenance issues, like a clogged toilet and noisy pipes. The buffet was often overcrowded, limiting our dining options, disappointing.

    Had a blast with friends! The beach and pools were fantastic, and we loved the daytime activities. Shopping at Calle Caribeña was fun, and the nightly entertainment kept us entertained. Don't miss the mini Disco for kids! Just be ready for pesky mosquitoes. Bug spray is a must.

    Our room had inconsistent Wi-Fi, and there were some noisy neighbors that kept us up a few nights. The power issues were a minor hassle too.
